Occupational Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Children in Burlington & Hamilton
Is your child overwhelmed by textures, refusing to eat anything but three foods, or melting down over getting dressed?
You're not failingโyour child's nervous system just needs support.
At Bloom Therapy, Tanya Gabriele provides neurodivergent-affirming occupational therapy for children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and executive functioning struggles. Through play-based, relationship-focused therapy at home or on the farm, we help your child regulate, build confidence, and navigate daily tasks with less stress.
WHAT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AT BLOOM LOOKS LIKE FOR YOUR FAMILY
Less overwhelm, more confidence. Your child learns to understand and work WITH their sensory needsโwhether it's textures, sounds, or movementโso daily tasks feel manageable instead of impossible.
Skills that work in real life. We practice regulation, eating, dressing, and play skills in natural settings (the farm, your home)โnot in a sterile clinicโso your child can actually use them where it matters.
Mealtime peace. Through compassionate, play-based strategies, we help expand your child's relationship with foodโreducing stress for everyone at the table.
Emotional regulation tools. Your child builds awareness of their big feelings and learns strategies to calm their nervous systemโleading to fewer meltdowns and more joyful moments.
Therapy they enjoy. When therapy feels like playโpetting rabbits, exploring the farm, building with blocksโyour child engages authentically. They develop skills while creating memories.
